Kia & Tim Lile - Best of the Best My experience with Bill Bryan Kia was nothing short of amazing. And I must take special note of the sales rep Tim Lile. My wife and I were first app My experience with Bill Bryan Kia was nothing short of amazing. And I must take special note of the sales rep Tim Lile. My wife and I were first approached by Tim when we went to the Bill Bryan Kia dealership on US 441 and from that point on we were treated like family. Tim is one of the friendliest and most congenial persons we have ever met. A true credit to Bill Bryan Kia We were given all the accommodations of the facility, including eat, drink and all the other comforts of a home and this was prior to any discussion regarding a car purchase. Once we did start discussing a car we were interested in, I never once felt pressured by Tim. We were treated kindly and fairly were given every option to consider and it was "we" who decided on the car to buy and not Tim trying to steer us toward a car. Once we chose the car we wanted and settled on the price the wife and I had a slight dilemma... returning our rental car to Enterprise Car Rental. Tim quickly resolved this by returning the car for us, saving us a full days rental fee. In addition, to accomodate us even further, Tim supplied us with a loaner car from Kia to get us home until the car we purchased was ready for pickup the following day, which by the way was delivered as promised. The next day, when we did pick up our new car, Tim must have spent an hour explaining all the features our new car has and answered every question we had to our complete satisfaction. My wife and I have purchased many new cars over the years when we lived in NY but this experience has been the very best by far, dealing with Tim Lile and Bill Bryan Kia. In us they have a customer for life and we will definitely be back to make future car purchases from Tim and Bill Bryan Kia. If this writing makes it to 'Bill Bryan Kia' and Tim's eyes, we wish to thank them for all their professionalism and kindness. We are still in awe and couldn't have asked for a better buying experience and will definitely be telling all our friends and family about Kia and especially Tim Niles. Thanks Tim! More

My wife and I had a great experience at Bill Bryant Kia in Leesburg. From start to finish this was an overall great experience. We had a vehicle already in mind when we placed a call the night before to in Leesburg. From start to finish this was an overall great experience. We had a vehicle already in mind when we placed a call the night before to make an appointment. Upon arrival to the dealership, we were me with a very kind salesman " Tim Lile". Tim took us for a nice pleasant test drive on such a nasty rainy day. This is when Tim took the time to explain all the features that this 2011 Kia Sorrento had. My wife and I immediately fell in love with the vehicle. Tim took his time throughout negotiations explaining every step of the way. This was a real joy because our past experiences have not always been the same. After we returned from the finance office; Tim was there to meet us with our key to our new vehicle. We were so pleased to have met Tim Lile on this day. We will surely extend our recommendations to our friends and family as well as being back to purchase our next vehicle from Tim.. The dealership was very good on follow up after the sale and said they would be sure I was happy with the deal and service. I met Tim Lile at the New Car Show in The Villages and explained that with my bad back I was having trouble getting in and out of my 9 year old Spectra. I was considering a Sorento but once I sat in the n explained that with my bad back I was having trouble getting in and out of my 9 year old Spectra. I was considering a Sorento but once I sat in the new Soul, I was hooked! We took the Soul out for a test drive and I liked everything about it. Tim was very helpful with controls and answering all my questions. I felt like I was at home inside the dealership and that atmosphere continued when I returned to add the Diamond coating later in the week. I'll be coming back for any future service and , if needed, new vehicles. Thanks! More

Tim was very knowledgeable and Paul, the manager, very cooperative. Richard Winn and John Morse were also very gracious and helpful. Very impressed with how genuine Tim Lile was with all aspects of our shopping from start to finish. No games were played and it was a no pressure sale. We wanted a larger vehicle , had a small trade in . We were told that they would give us$ 6000. for our vehicle . We were there all afternoon as my credit was not to good because of medical bills . So sal were told that they would give us$ 6000. for our vehicle . We were there all afternoon as my credit was not to good because of medical bills . So salesman took us to look around and showed us a nice vehicle . Never did tell us the price , he was going back and forth saying he was getting the loan through. My husband ask him many times what the price was , stll he said let me work this out , I'll be back . then he said he needed $3000. We were so tired we said we could go 2 thousand , he had us wait again and the truth is we were just wore out by this time , not thinking . He said we had to see the loan person all the paper work was ready . At this point we went to his office , he had the papers ready and told me where to sign . We blame ourselves for this but we left with the car and the paper work and left the next day for vacation . When I got home I looked at all the papers ,I couldn't believe what I was looking at I owed $12, 995.00 so what I am paying for a 2005 kia Sorrento is a total of $ 2000.00 plus $6000.00 I pd down which is $20,995 for this vehicle . I know better than what I did but I am just telling you this so anyone else going to this dealership , please be aware of smooth talkers . I will pay a long time for just being tired of waiting and not aware of what was happening . I am 65 years old , I should have been more aware .. More
