Tim was a delight to work with I went to Northtowne Hyundai to inquire about leasing a new Hyundai. I did not know much about Hyundai vehicles or the pros and cons of purchasing vs I went to Northtowne Hyundai to inquire about leasing a new Hyundai. I did not know much about Hyundai vehicles or the pros and cons of purchasing vs. leasing, but a friend had recommended I come see TIm Manning at Northtowne Hyundai and he would take good care of me. When I arrived Tim did a great job educating me about the different vehicles and which one made the most sense for me. He also explained the circumstances when leasing a vehicle makes more sense than purchasing. Tim never pressured me the entire time we met, always seemed to give an honest and educated answer to my questions, and seemed to really care that I made a good choice in finding a car that was right for me. His only downside is that he is a Pittsburgh Steelers fan! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. More

His approach was not to give me a pushy sales pitch but to give all of the information I need and let me decide what fit best for me. He answered all of my questions fabulously. As a woman, I appreciated his honesty and "no pressure" approach. I was able to test drive several cars on different days as I took my time to make a decision. This was no problem for Tim. I bought a 2014Veloster from Tim. He showed me the car an all the features It has and my friend and I test drove it. It was a very positive experience thanks to Tim Manning!
