Our overall experience in working with Tim Manning was excellent! Tim was informative, friendly, and most importantly courteous. He even laughed when my husband kept calling him Chris instead of Tim. I had been in a car wreck (not my fault) LOL and my 2001 hyndai elantra was totalled. I was under some pressure to find a car as quickly as possible. Tim Manning was very helpful and patient as I drove 3 different cars, finally deciding on another Elantra which I am thrilled with. I loved my old one, and now they are really a fun car to drive and I expect will be as dependable as the one I drove for 13 years. Tim even took me to the rental car place to return my rental, and helped me transfer bags from that car to my new car (as I had cleaned out my totalled car that day). Tim in financing was efficient and helpful too. Not trying to sell me anything I didn't need, and also finding me even a better interest rate. In fact we were done with the deal and I kept waiting for them and was surprised when we reached a reasonable price with a fair trade price with zero pressure.
