I was looking to buy or lease a car about a month ago and stopped by Kenosha Nissan. Nothing was available that I wanted, the salesman said he would call me when something came in, and he did! I went out of my way to Kenosha Nissan over Rosen Nissan to find a deal that made sense for me. Rosen Nissan started the conversation when I first arrived with, “ we have $10,000 markup on on vehicles do to to find a deal that made sense for me. Rosen Nissan started the conversation when I first arrived with, “ we have $10,000 markup on on vehicles do to shortage.” As a consumer this is not the first thing I want to hear, not at all. I test drove a Pathfinder and after wards they were willing to reduce the markup to $6,000 above MSRP. I decided to do some research.I found that upon calling Kenosha Nissan they were not adding any markup but a package which included paint protection and wheel protection for $2995, which I can appreciate. Not just something for nothing. Upon calling them over the phone the customer care was night and day. I drove 30 minutes out of my past the Rosen Nissan to deal with Kenosha instead. I am a Nissan customer projected my for life. I do not like the hassle that comes with dealing with the Rosen location. I am a pilot who is home on and off, and even scheduling routine maintenance such as an oil change can be very frustrating with this location. Kenosha state that you can do same day walk-ins but may have to wait which makes sense and I am on with. Rosen had told me that the longer allow this. Overall Tim was an upstanding salesperson, was not pushy allowed me to drive the vehicle while pointing out features and made it an experience not just a purchase. I will be coming back and swing Tim when it’s time to add a new vehicle to my collection. Thank you Tim and Kenosha Nissan. More

Since the purchase, I’ve had to order a few parts and schedule servicing for add-ons (running boards & all weather mats) and it was a seemless and easy process.
