Was told my loan amount wouldn’t go up with service contract he added onto my loan , well it did.. I submitted cancellation request and he said he forwarded it on and nope I called company they never r contract he added onto my loan , well it did.. Had me sign everything on a pin pad without seeing the screen. If I would’ve saw the new loan amount I wouldn’t have signed. Overall wish I would’ve dealt with someone else or a different dealership Loan part was a nightmare with loan person , actual car salesman was wonderful. More
