It was just problem after problem and I don’t feel like service department was completely honest. The people were very kind. However my Jeep was there a little over a month and communications were extreme service department was completely honest. The people were very kind. However my Jeep was there a little over a month and communications were extremely lacking during that time. They told me it was fixed, yet when I drove off the lot 2 separate times the same issues I took it in for were still there. I took it back a total of 4 separate times and even had to rent a car for one of the weeks because, I was told there were none available. My Jeep had a problem, one of the same problems, less than a mile away. Took the Jeep back immediately. Spoke with a different person and a car was available. Long story short. I was lied to about it being fixed and could have had serious consequences. More

communication was non existent. I dropped it off in the AM had to call at the end of the day for an update because she never called me. She said they ordered parts that would arriv I dropped it off in the AM had to call at the end of the day for an update because she never called me. She said they ordered parts that would arrive the following day. She called and said it would cost $1700 est, I asked if they can do something with that price and when she called back she said they got it down to $1500 est. I agreed. I was finally able to pick it up Friday morning. The price was $1604. When she quoted me I assumed that was the total Price but she failed to mention the tax. She needs to be more detailed talking to customers. Plus the one time I called she acted like she had no clue what was going on. BTW I never dealt with Tim or Jeff so I’m Going to rate them a 1. I dealt with Margaret Quick, I think. More
