Service was done to satisfaction. Communication was the problem. I called to ask status of my truck 3 days after I dropped it off and was promised a call back. The call back happened but it was like the initial conversation never took place. The advisor told me they would ask the technician and promptly put the phone on the desk until 7 minutes went by and I hung up. Never got a call back. I contacted my salesman (Bob Frederick) and he was able to get me answers the next day. If it was not for Bob, I would never visit again. Still waiting on a paint issue with my Jeep that was promised to be handled since April. Not what you would call a happy customer. More
