I had some warranty work done on a few different things, one thing 3 times, and the first time was a run around. They had my truck in the shop for 3 months!!! Yes, 3 months. Go it back and it still wasn't working properly. Took it back, Jeff said I need my PCM replaced for $3600. I said pcms don't cost that much. He said if you pay us 2k we will pick up the rest. No. I'm not lining your pockets with my hard earned cash. This dude will rip you off faster than you can blink. Go to a different CDJR, save yourself and pass the word!! More

I have literally nothing really good to say about the service department. I'm so flippin ticked. I took my truck in for a leak at the back window and third light. After waiting a month to get in. Was told (after repairs) that the problem should be fixed. Our leak guy found the problem and fixed it. Guess what!!!! He didn't. In fact he made it worse. Or should I say the service technician who made the actual repairs. Now as of today 1/18/25 my entire roof and backseat is drenched. Worse than before. My truck is a 2020 ram 1500. That keeps flooding and nobody is doing any real repairs. They do not offer rental cars, they can take you to enterprise to spend even more money. As if this isn't already inconvenient enough.
