Timothy provided both me and my wife with an excellent experience. My wife and I have struggled finding a used car and had dealt with bad service from multiple dealerships. Although the vehicle had just b experience. My wife and I have struggled finding a used car and had dealt with bad service from multiple dealerships. Although the vehicle had just barely been serviced and inspected by the dealer and was not on the lot yet, Timothy worked with us to ensure we had a chance to see it. We had great interest in the vehicle. Because we drove over an hour to get to the dealership and didn’t want to have to drive back, he worked with us to be able to purchase the vehicle that same night. He stayed an hour after closing to make sure the car was clean and everything was squared away. We would highly recommend visiting Timothy if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. The only reason I did not rate the dealership as 5 stars was because our experience with the finance associate was not good. She spoke down to us about the car we are purchasing claiming it was an unreliable vehicle. She then reasoned that this is why we needed to purchase insurance through her. It was clear and obvious she was after her cut of commission. Timothy was awesome and outside our experience in financing, the dealership was amazing. More
