They have harassed me consistently even after I requested they leave me alone. They screwed up my paperwork/contract multiple times. It took nearly a month to complete the contract. I love my new truck so far but will never buy from this dealership again. It’s a bummer too because I had plans to buy a new vehicle in 2023. Truck had gunk on the windshield top left and a scratch on the right interior just above the windshield. This dealership has a lot of excuses as to why they didn’t take care of me. I guess the 10,000 in profit they made doesn’t include quality customer service. We will see if I get my new vehicle plates in the mail as promised. Greedy greedy greedy . This dealership has caused me significant stress through no fault of my own and they don’t even want to make it up to me. This the kind of business that talks a lot and has no action to back up their words. I just hope to get my vehicle plates and never have to deal with these guys again. Trust me these guys are not worth anyones time. More

They rushed through everything and didn’t give time for questions. When I asked them to provide some information, like the cost of an extended warranty, they brushed it off and changed the subject immediat questions. You need to stand up for yourself and demand info when you want it, otherwise they will sweep it under the rug. I didn’t even get to talk about the price of the vehicle with them, or what any of the options of the vehicle where. I asked to go with the pre-approved loan with my company with a lower interest rate than the one they found, and they wouldn’t allow it. So now I am paying a higher interest rate. On top of that, I bought the vehicle on a Friday, and by Saturday evening the check engine light was on after 50 miles of ownership. Now, it’s going to be a week before I can even get in to get it fixed and no rental cars are available. More
