Both he and Zak made the sales and financing processes as uncomplicated and pain-free as they possibly could have been, and I was especially impressed by Zak's transparency and refusal to upsell me on services and plans that I simply didn't need -- he presented me with all the options available, gave me realistic pros and cons and personal insight on each one, showed how each would affect my overall financial burden, and then gave me the time and space to make my own decision. As a result, I felt (relatively) confident and empowered at the table instead of feeling hustled. I strongly recommend Tim as a salesperson, and the dealership in general, to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. More
