Tim Raymond was great. Worked with us to get us what we needed in our price range. We got more vehicle than we thought we could get in our price range. Would have liked more time going over the paperwork needed in our price range. We got more vehicle than we thought we could get in our price range. Traded a dependable Accord for a newer sporty Civic The good- Honda Barn has a variety of vehicles on hand. Prices are fair and negotiable. Finance Manager Xan was quick, personable, and professional. C The good- Honda Barn has a variety of vehicles on hand. Prices are fair and negotiable. Finance Manager Xan was quick, personable, and professional. Car was clean and full of gas on delivery. Ed synced both our phones to the car's Bluetooth. The not so good- Air conditioning did not work when we took car for a test drive. Salesman was unaware of that. Took a week to secure a condenser to make repair before we took delivery of car. Dealer claims in and out in 30 minutes once deal is set and financing is approved but we were there 1.5 hours. We don't buy cars often so we're willing to bend with glitches since the important factor is whether we got a good car for a good price. We believe we did. More
