I have friends that have been taken care of at Progressive and thought, why not try? I had an internet car that I wanted to see but also found one on the lot. Mitch Mann took care of me and explained in detail about the car. Very up front knowledge about the cars and went out of his way to make sure I was OK with those two and if I wanted to test any others. After driving the Buick and then driving it home, I decided that I liked it more than the VW's, Toyota's and the Ford's that I had test driven. More

Vehicle Service Scam I bought a 2012 Jeep from progressive. This vehicle was running great. I took this vehicle to progressive for prevented maintenance for the miles on t I bought a 2012 Jeep from progressive. This vehicle was running great. I took this vehicle to progressive for prevented maintenance for the miles on the vehicle. Oil change, Fuel injector service, throttle body service. They told me the service was preformed, and charged me $235.00. 1 week later my check engine light came on. I trusted them so I took it back to see what was wrong. They cleared the check engine light, and said if it comes back on, schedule an appointment. Well it came back on, so I scheduled the appointment. When I showed up for the appointment I was treated very badly. So I took my service to Klaben Jeep in Kent, Ohio. I explained what had happened, and the service that was preformed by Progressive Jeep. As they were trying to figure out the check engine light, they found that Progressive had not preformed the service at all. I wonder how many others have been scammed by Progressive. I suggest finding another Dealer. That's why I give Progressive Jeep in Massillon, Ohio 0 stars More
