He never tried to upsell me or get me into something that I didn’t want. That meant a lot to me, especially after visiting nearly every dealership in Wesley Chapel/Lutz and experiencing the opposite. I felt confident and free to ask all my questions and was provided real answers, not stories, which certainly helped make me feel more secure. As far as salesmen go - Tim is a true professional and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Lexus of the Wesley Chapel finance team was also top-notch. We really like Alex. He's a great guy.
