From our first steps into the showroom, Tim Smith was warm, personable, and courteous. Over the following 2 weeks of our used car shopping sojourn, we visited a handful of dealerships, tediously testing warm, personable, and courteous. Over the following 2 weeks of our used car shopping sojourn, we visited a handful of dealerships, tediously testing vehicles against each other. During the search, Tim patiently answered my questions and eased my imagined concerns. We went back to Certified Benz and Beemer four times during that span and with each visit, I became increasingly certain that I was making the right decision, for the vehicle and for the service provided by this dealership. Never did we feel pressured or detect any semblance of a hard sell. In fact, we leisurely explored several vehicles on lot (and double that in other local dealerships comparing and contrasting). Save the time in my opinion and give Tim a ring - so many mint vehicles to consider in a laid-back environment. My wife and I are extremely satisfied both with our fabulous vehicle and the luxury experience we shared at CBB. More
