I had a great experience at CBB, and I am always hesitant (probably like many people) to interact with salesmen of any type. I worked with Tim Smith, who was honest, accommodating, knowledgeable; he did not (probably like many people) to interact with salesmen of any type. I also appreciated his willingness to help despite the early knowledge that I wasn't necessarily buying that day.
