Since we were there past closing, wrapping up paperwork, he took the time to make sure all the signage came off the windows and such since the service department was gone for the day. He immediately arranged for me to test drive three vehicles I was interested in. Needless to say, he got the sale. He was very thorough, organized and professional. Very classy dealership. I was impressed. I had just visited a neighboring dealership which was chaotic. The other dealership kept me waiting a half hour while they "looked" for the cars they had advertised. They never found the cars, but told me "they were there somewhere." They let me walk out the door with no follow up. Sunset offered a great professional experience. I had no time to wait and they accomodated me well. I would highly recommend them. More
