Great customer service! Attention to detail ! When I met Robert F. , he was truly interested in my wants and needs. I returned with my wife and Robert did a great job taking us on a test ride and When I met Robert F. , he was truly interested in my wants and needs. I returned with my wife and Robert did a great job taking us on a test ride and explaining the features' of the car. We learned that the car of our choice, with all of the safety features we deemed important was enroute to the dealership. We were kept informed by Subaru to the delivery status of our new car. Jim F. In Finance did a great job discussing payment and extended warranty options. Tim T. Introduced himself and explained I would meet with him soon to be sure I understand all of the new technology in this car. of the seven dealers I visited prior to the purchase, Robert was the most patient and concerned about making sure I received the car best suited for us. More

Excellent overall experience I hate car shopping to say the least. HATE IT. Autobarn Subaru was the best car buying experience I have ever had overall. Straight forward, polite I hate car shopping to say the least. HATE IT. Autobarn Subaru was the best car buying experience I have ever had overall. Straight forward, polite, respectful, and not pushy. I had the pleasure of working with Mike, Tim, Allen, Dale, and Robert at various points--all serving the customer in a variety of capacities. Never pushy, always respectful, while avoiding dead wait time. There was a general sense of hustle and professionalism by the staff, not evident in other dealerships. This is a reflection of management and what they expect of their employees--their team. The experience as a whole was outstanding. I negotiated a more than fair deal, and upon discovering a small crack in the windshield towards the end, they replaced it completely, and gave me a very nice loaner car to drive for 2 days until the work was completed. I was highly satisfied and would recommend this dealership to any of my family or friends. More

THE NEW BAIT & SWITCH. I contacted JUAN at AUTOBARN SUBARU to inquire about a Crosstrek I found on your website. Juan was motivated, sent me an email with a price quote for I contacted JUAN at AUTOBARN SUBARU to inquire about a Crosstrek I found on your website. Juan was motivated, sent me an email with a price quote for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I called Juan back to confirm and accept the offer because "this price is only good for today." It was a good, fair price. Juan verbally confirmed the email's walk out price, taxes included, and informed me that I just needed to show up with a check before 9pm. So the wife and I made a 50 minute drive to your store. Shortly after arrival, the salesman presented us with Juan's quoted price, and I confirmed. We started drafting up papers. Then we met withTIM TURAKULOV. On a side note, I can confirm some of the things said about him on Yelp. It's too bad I didn't see them before we made the 50 minute drive. He informed us that he COULD NOT DO THE PRICE AGREED UPON, and that we would have to pay roughly an ADDITIONAL $1,700 in tax. I don't think this is the traditional bait and switch, but your team achieved the intent; duped me into driving to the dealership, told me the car wasn't available at the previously agreed upon price, and waste 3 hours of my wife's and my night. "Love - that's what makes a Subaru a Subaru." Not feeling the love here. EDIT AFTER 03 MAY COMMENT FROM AUTOBARN: You never made me an offer to split the taxes. In fact, I had to call several times to even receive a call back after initial contact. I still believe this was a dishonest move, and I received an ingenue response. More
