I had the worse experience dealing with a General manager of a Car dealership in my life....he was so unprofessional towards the mistakes he made to resolve them....first Swearing at a customer is total dis of a Car dealership in my life....he was so unprofessional towards the mistakes he made to resolve them....first Swearing at a customer is total disrespectful and unprofessional,.....Second Lying about everything to cover up their mistakes and pricing. Third, stealing.....taking a part off the car and not putting it back and then telling me I never had it on...is called stealing! The experience I had with dealership should be shared to warn customers and have them prepared to take on such task with this unprofessional behavior and stay away from TIM VEIGA. More

Couldn't be bothered if responding to a customer's needs req Kayla is a nice enough person (mostly pre-sale), but she never returned my emails or calls when I needed her support around an issue. She does not seem to be interested in doing any heavy lifting on behalf of the customer...just so you know... I called Tim Veiga the General Manager when I got no response from her because I was so frustrated and he never even had the courtesy to call me back! Grant Gonzalez told me I was rude when I simply explained to him why I was frustrated for being charged $900 for the Lease End Inspection and wanted his help. Again, they couldn't be bothered. More

The whole team (from the staff directing you where to park in the dealership to the general manager) were a pleasure to encounter. The brand specialist, Stephanie Bagu deserves special mention for her professional and patience service in walking me through the Audi buying experience. She was always able to help with all the queries I had and showed no fear when allowing me to test drive a new car! She managed expectations perfectly up to the point of delivery of the vehicle and was available for after sales care. Having had a positive history of purchasing Audi cars in Europe, I am happy to have had a great sales experience with the Audi Brookline team More
