We decided on a vehicle and they started getting financing ready. Knew it would be a little while so went and had a great lunch around the corner at Big Tom's Diner. When we got back Finance was ready for us and very friendly and not overbearing at all. First got to Dealership at 11:30 and were driving the new Bronco home (with a very happy wife) by 3:30. Will definitely use Mike and the team when it is time to trade in my truck. More

The salesman and the finance everyone that was involved with my sons first purchase of the 2020 Dodge Ram was great you made easy for Ian ( my son ) any questions that were asked they were answered with truth and honesty. There was know cutting corners or anything and that's the way our family works just give it to us straight and you did that. Now on the flip slide we aren't to sure if his weathered mats are the right ones well at least the back one but we might have to bite the bullet on that one. I want to say Thank You very much from the Peters family. The wife isn't big on car shopping that's why she wasn't with us but she very pleased when we got home from the dealership. Dealer fees were fairly low, discount off MSRP was very good, and I feel I got a fair value for my trade. I had purchased an extended warranty and after some thought I decided I wanted the Ford warranty and Tim in Finance handled it perfectly. I had some customization work done with them, which I don't think is a strong business for them. While the process wasn't as smooth as I'd like, they were with me the whole way and got inventive when parts were on backorder. In the end I'm happy and my Bronco is awesome! More
