Can never see your vehicle in a timely manner even if it has completely stopped running due to defective parts. All this while under warranty. As one of the only Ram dealers in the Winston Salem area you are forced to deal with them for warranty issues. Completely incompetent with horrible customer service and not at all concerned about it.
