He made such a positive and warm impression, we returned for a 2nd look. Even though we were interested in purchasing a used car with a specific limited price range, he treated us as if we were buying a new high priced vehicle and were the most important customers on site. He diligently and patiently recommended cars, he sincerely wanted me to be happy and love my purchase. In the end, he found me an amazing car, I love my Jaguar SUV!
