Great experience at Hassett Ford. After doing my homework and being turned off by poor customer service and crappy sales practices by various Nissan dealers, in which I've leased for the last 10 years, I dec and being turned off by poor customer service and crappy sales practices by various Nissan dealers, in which I've leased for the last 10 years, I decided to give Ford a shot. The last Ford I owned was a 1996 Mustang GT and I must say that Ford is doing a great job with their vehicles as of late. After looking at various dealer review sites, including dealerrater.com, it was off to Hassett Ford due to the excellent user reviews. The salesperson who I dealt with, who in fact is mentioned on multiple reviews on this site was Tim Copolla. He really did an excellent job assisting my wife and I on 2011 Ford Edge Sport lease. He answered all of our questions and really took the time to go over all of the various technologies (there are alot of them in this car). The best thing, was not just the sales transaction, but the followup that so many companies don't do anymore. Most sales people want to get you in, make their money and get you out. However I get the sincere feeling that Tim really cares if his customers are satisfied. Almost two weeks later and there was another followup to see how things were going with the new vehicle. So once again thanks for a great experience, and hope to do businees in the future. More

I wish I saw Tim Coppola right from the start. My Lincoln MKZ All-Wheel-Drive(his recomendation)exactly fit my needs; priced about same as a loaded Camry! And, was less than my Mercedes. We have been driving Toyota for a long time and thought about 'going American' this time. My Fusion is better handing and more equipped than my Camry (the Fusion is my wife's car). Tim made all our past salespeople look like amatures. If you are looking for a Ford, go to Hassett but more importantly see Tim Coppola. When it's time to get out of my Camry - it's going to be the MKZ. He already sold me! More

I have been a customer of Hassett for a number of years and have always been satisfied. I never felt like they took advantage of me because i was a repeat customer nor was i taken for granted.
