My wife and I were talking about maybe using our tax refund money to use as a possible down payment, but didn’t think that we were ready because my credit wasn’t where I wanted it to be yet. After talking to salesman Tim Graham about it, He replied “ we can take a look to see if you don’t even need to use you refund money.” We were amazed that they could work with us , give us a great offer on our 2009 Odyssey that had 111K miles and even more wear and tear, and also pay off a personal loan that we had. All together we had a great experience and excellent service, and drove home in a Certified preowned 2016 Odyssey, and a new Dealership Family. More

Great salesman We went in to purchase a certain vehicle, but it was not on their lot. Our salesman, Tim, did everything he could to get us in another vehicle at alm We went in to purchase a certain vehicle, but it was not on their lot. Our salesman, Tim, did everything he could to get us in another vehicle at almost the same price. BUT we did run into an issue....the "check engine" light was on. In the sales agreement it shows that the issue was supposedly fixed, so we had to leave the vehicle overnight to get "fixed". We picked it up the next day and STILL the "check engine" light was STILL on...Wes left it again to be fixed. I understand the "AS IS" policy.. but it was written in sales agreement that the problem had already been resolved. We HOPE that if once we FINALLY take possession of the vehicle that if this happens AGAIN, the dealership will still take responsibility for fixing it More
