This was the best dealer transaction I’ve ever had (out of nine auto purchases). Everyone I interacted with was a professional, very polite. The transition from salesman to accessories to finance was seaml of nine auto purchases). Everyone I interacted with was a professional, very polite. The transition from salesman to accessories to finance was seamless with no breaks or waiting. And while they focused on me, no one took a call or other interruption. It was as smooth and pleasant as it could have been. Returned the following week to take care of a loose end and answer a couple vehicle questions and was treated the exact same. Had a discussion with service and again the exact same level of professionalism. Absolute first class. More

Worst car buying experience I have ever had and that’s coming from someone who used to be a finance manager at a car dealership… I reached out to them for a car they had advertised on cargurus and dealt w coming from someone who used to be a finance manager at a car dealership… I reached out to them for a car they had advertised on cargurus and dealt with someone in sales named Tim who was happy to give me the lease payments I asked for. I agreed on the lease number they gave me and I was asked for a deposit to hold the car and in turn, I asked for a buyer’s order to confirm the vin and other details of the jeep I was interested in. At that point I was told that “my manager thinks he made a mistake. Give me just a few minutes.” The following day I received a call stating that the payment would increase from $533 as agreed upon to $674….$141 more a month! I was told that the increase is because of an error they made when calculating the money factor……..An increase in the money factor from 0.00190 to .00220 does not increase the payment by $141 a month……I am home from military leave for a few more days and my budget was $600 and this jeep had the wheels my wife wanted so I told them to send over the paperwork at the new payment. I did not want to spend my last few days of leave shopping around for a car. It gets worse from here…. The deal was structured with ZERO down, taxes and first payment rolled into the payment as I had requested. I explicitly made that clear to Tim when I first spoke to him and confirmed that with him on the phone several times. I then get an email with a credit application saying “The taxes were not included in the buyers order. I wasn't sure if you wanted to pay them upfront or not.” From increasing the payment $141 A MONTH and then trying to say the taxes were not included when it EXPLICITLY says 0 DUE AT SIGNING, I would not recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. When I asked for a further explanation, I was told the finance manager that can explain that to me is not in the office today, they will call me tomorrow. How is it the end of the month and the end of the year and a car dealership does not have a finance manager that can break down the lease for a client? Keith then tried to insinuate that I was calling them a lier, all because I requested a breakdown of the payment and basically told me not to do business with them. Lets not even talk about the TWO THOUSAND dollar doc fee they tried to charge. Worst experience ever and I have yet to receive a call from their “finance manager” who can explain to me how they keep making these “errors” at the expense of the customer. More
