The dealership barely tightened the bolt on the oil pan after an oil change, and had I not noticed the pool of oil in the garage, the engine would have been ruined. I was super lucky to find it. Not only did they over charge for an oil change, they did it wrong, and filters were not included. I won’t ever return given the giant miss. More
