Southern provided a positive customer experience. I only downgrade this review to four stars as on first try, I'd reportedly have had an hours-long wait for an oil change. I WAS able to make an appointment for the following day. Wait time at my appointment was reasonable at approx ninety minutes. Staff on both occasions were very friendly and helpful. More

The people that work there are all very courteous. . But I find it hard to believe when told they were out of inspection stickers for August on the 3rd day of the month. Especially when you’ve made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to have an inspection done. They have always been very efficient in the past. More
