Was told that my oil change would take from 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Took 4-1/2 hours….. okay, stuff happens. Read the check up report when I got home and the mechanic had written that I needed new brake pads an hours. Took 4-1/2 hours….. okay, stuff happens. Read the check up report when I got home and the mechanic had written that I needed new brake pads and rotors. I had just put new brakes on it last summer! Hard to believe that they couldn’t see that the pads were good considering they rotated the tires during this maintenance cycle. . Highly disappointed!!! More

This was one of the best service that I’ve had in a while. Started off a bit rocky, but overall great. Also, my car didn’t not have grease over my roof after my oil change like it normally would.
