I always provide 2 five quart jugs of my own oil and filter and this is the second time I have not received the remainder of the oil, despite telling the service manager I expect to receive it back. Additionally, this is the third visit that the tech had an issue with a wheel stud as part of the tire rotation. I have to explain that I should not be held responsible for a damaged wheel stud when Southern Ram is the only shop that has touched the truck in the past year and a half. If the front of the house and back of the house cannot manage to perform simple tasks, I cannot continue to patronage or recommend this location. More

One of the worst experiences I ever had at a dealership. I took my 2012 Jeep Wrangler in for safety recall. I had made and called 40 appointment. They told me the part had to be ordered. And it would take 5 I took my 2012 Jeep Wrangler in for safety recall. I had made and called 40 appointment. They told me the part had to be ordered. And it would take 5 days on the sixth day was my appointment. I went to my appointment 45 and 2 minutes into the appointment. I was told that they cannot perform the service due to the fact that they did not have the part in stock. So I went to another dodge, they had the part in stock and got me in and out in less than two hours after southern had wasted my time. I will not recommend southern dodge to anybody that I know.And I work in the car industry More
