Costco referred me to Lester Glenn Hyundai where I bought a Hyundai Ioniq 5. Tina Romeo was our salesperson and she did a great job. She was friendly, efficient, and most importantly, knowledgeable. When sh a Hyundai Ioniq 5. Tina Romeo was our salesperson and she did a great job. She was friendly, efficient, and most importantly, knowledgeable. When she gave us our test drive, she knew the features of the EV car. I have been to other dealers (Hyundai and other brands) where the salesperson would be utterly clueless about the car. Once we decided we wanted the car, Tina made the process seamless. She obtained sheets with the Costco pricing, the current rebate, and all the other info. I never had to “meet” the sales manager. Tina also showed me alternatives for financing versus leasing. Once we decided, we were sent to a finance manager, Sal. He had everything ready on his iPad (we financed) and I clicked away and it was extremely straight-forward. Back to Tina, she took care of Geico auto insurance (I handed her my iPhone with the Geico app and she took it from there checking with me at each iteration) and other details such as the BlueLink, EV charger installation discount, etc. The EV car was charged, temp plates installed, and off we went. But then, next is where Tina and Lester Glenn really proved that they are a 5-star quality dealer! Our Ioniq had very good-looking black matte paint, but then that night it dawned on me that living near the ocean, no garage, and under the daily fight path of scores of birds was not conducive to a matte paint that requires handwashing. So the next day I return to the dealer, looking to exercise the 3-day Buyer Assurance plan that I saw on the Hyundai website, but fearful that the dealer would find ways around that exchange policy. But all was good! Tina and Lester Glenn had no problem whatsoever as I chose an Aspen white clear coat Ioniq 5. The paperwork? They voided everything from the prior day, and since all my info was in the system, the paperwork for the 2nd car was extremely easy. Very happy with our new white Ioniq 5. And extremely pleased with the customer-friendly service from Tina and Lester Glenn. I recommend both 100%. More
