Bozard Ford is a Excellent Dealership, with a Long history and still run by Family Today. Tischler Nelson was my salesperson; he was very knowledgeable about the products and made the whole proces history and still run by Family Today. (I purchased a new Bronco) I also dealt with Rick Garcia in Finance to sign the final paperwork. Once again No surprises and Rick was very thorough at explaining the process and optional programs offered through Ford. I would highly recommend doing business with Bozard Ford; they offer Fair Prices and are Good People! More

He helped me out when no other dealership could. I Nanny so it’s not really considered a job at most dealerships and banks don’t want to finance me but somehow Tischler and James who was the finance guy fig so it’s not really considered a job at most dealerships and banks don’t want to finance me but somehow Tischler and James who was the finance guy figured out a way to get me a brand new 2019 Ford Fiesta and I am absolutely loving it! Easiest people to deal! My husband and I showed up on the day before Thanksgiving to look at a high mileage truck. We had a budget to stick with and had been getting the run around at several other dealerships. We met Jena Thomas, friendly, knowledgeable and honest with all of our questions. We then decided to look into buying the truck, our finance specialist James Oldham, was courteous and professional. He consulted with Gary and Jena to find us a much newer, nicer truck with lower mileage and still be in our budget! We test drive the truck and we’re thrilled at how much more truck they helped us get for our buck! I’ve never considered truck shopping pleasant, but they certainly made it that way for us! Even making sure to send the truck home detailed right before they were due to close! I will be shopping for my next truck ( all mine not hubby’s!) at Bozard Ford! I can’t wait! More

From the first Contact they had with me Drew a couple days after the purchase, their professionalism and customer service skills we're beyond anything I've ever dealt with it any dealership. Not only were they out front and honest, we negotiated a fair price on the truck. I could not pick it up until after work on the following day and Tischler stuck around just to meet with me. They showed me the truck before I went in with Blake Teears for my financing. He had everything ready for me and walked me through it piece by piece explaining everything. Afterwards John took the time to go through the truck with me, set it up and show me all of the options and features. This was my first ever brand new vehicle purchase. I can't think of a better team to have worked with to make it a very pleasant and memorable experience. While the dealership is about an hour and a half from my home, when I'm ready for a new car I will definitely be going back. Coming from a single female making a first-time purchase these guys were very honorable, honest and just great all around people. I would highly recommend this team and this dealership to anyone. More
