Exceptional even before we walked into the dealership We live in Jax, so we called to make sure the suv that we saw online was available. Tischler took our call. From that moment, the customer service We live in Jax, so we called to make sure the suv that we saw online was available. Tischler took our call. From that moment, the customer service was exceptional. Tischler not only took the time to physically locate the suv but go around the car inside and out and give it a rating before we made the trip. We drove to St. Augustine, Tischler was available as soon as we arrived. He took us on a test drive, explained the suv even though a brand not sold at the dealership. We were able to put a deal together that afternoon. We came the next morning to pick up out new to us Nissan Rogue. It was detailed perfectly. The staff from the front desk to finance was great too. Exceptional buying experience. Thanks Bozard Ford!!!!! More
