Promised to detail my new used F150 before pickup. They didn't. Picked it up with grease stain still on backseat leather, which i had them remove. Then realized later that they never removed the adhesive on the tailgate from their dealer sticker and there was still mud prints on the running boards. So, no, they did not detail it as promised. Delivered on all else though. More
