I never felt pushed to buy or make a decision right there and then. I was able to return and ask more questions until I was comfortable. Tito and Ryon we’re beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They answered all my questions as clear as possible and always made sure everything was crystal clear without hiding any information. Excellent service Everyone we encountered that night we were buying our car are all professionals, friendly , and very helpful. Tito never gave up on us even though we changed our mind few times. He is very courteous and professional. The next day morning , we went back and wanted to return the car with a little misunderstanding but the GM Ryan Walters resolved the issue right away . I was impressed. Everyone are a great team and made us like we are a part of the family especially Tito and Ryan. Thank you all, I really appreciate all your help . This is probably the 8th or 9th Lexus we purchased and I am still happy with Lexus because they always take care of us. If Susan did not call us back right away we would have gone to Audi instead because of their good deal with Q7 with USAA . Once we left the voicemail , boom Susan called right away so we decided to go to Lexus first. More

I had a few issues but they were resolved to my satisfaction I asked for the zero percent interest but I was told I could not get it because I got the $3000 credit. I disagree with this because the $3000 (in my I asked for the zero percent interest but I was told I could not get it because I got the $3000 credit. I disagree with this because the $3000 (in my estimation) was because I purchased a 2019 auto and is immediately depreciated. I had to accept 3.4 percent. Not happy about that! Bernie Recenello More

I got a beautiful car! Isae Riviera and Tito DeLeon was the best!!!! Not pushy and very very helpful. At 9 pm they got me different color interior (because I like gray b Isae Riviera and Tito DeLeon was the best!!!! Not pushy and very very helpful. At 9 pm they got me different color interior (because I like gray better) from warehouse ,which was 20 min. away from the dealership just to make me 100%happy with my new car.
