Since 2019, I have had the pleasure with EXCELLENT customer service from Dick Norris which is now Tasca Dealership. The exceptional service I have received are from the following individuals. Mike Ben customer service from Dick Norris which is now Tasca Dealership. The exceptional service I have received are from the following individuals. Mike Bennett, David with the goatee, Luke, and Toby service manager. All of these gentlemen have provided me with extraordinary customer service. All of them were professional, upbeat, funny, and overall honest. In this particular time in life, it is hard to feel comfortable with so many people/companies taking advantage of others. I have never felt that way with this team at this dealership. They always told me what I would need in the future to budget myself for the next repair. My 2008 Buick Lacrosse CXL lasted for 208,000 same engine because of these guys and the techs as well. I no longer have the Lacrosse because she served her purpose since 2014 with my family. If I find a another great deal on a GM product, then I promise you this dealership will receive my business. Thank yo uALL for everything you have done for me and my Lacrosse. Luke, David, and Toby are awesome! ! They ( on top of the service techs) are the reason why I bring my old Buick from Tampa to Clearwater for service. I have been coming to this dealers ! They ( on top of the service techs) are the reason why I bring my old Buick from Tampa to Clearwater for service. I have been coming to this dealership since 2019. I have had no problems with anyone. They honest, funny, and professional. I can say that when it is time to pay for the services I received for my car I TRULY feel it was the best price for the services required to keep my car running. I have never felt like they have taken advantage of me at all. They even go the extra mile by telling me what I will need in the near future, but not right now so I can save up for the next repair. Thank you guys VERY MUCH!! More

DO NOT DEAL WITH TASCA - I bought a car from out of state and had communicated my plans to come in and get the car. They asked for a letter from my bank proving the funds which I provided and then after I ha and had communicated my plans to come in and get the car. They asked for a letter from my bank proving the funds which I provided and then after I had a certified check made for the full amount, Tasca demanded a deposit (that I would get back) to hold the car for the weekend. I flew in and bought the car and asked for my deposit back. (overpayment at this point) They said I would be mailed it back in 5 days. Well that was 3 months ago. I’ve called many time and even though they show they owe me the deposit back they keep giving me the runaround. One week it was “we need a manager to approve” the next was that “no one was at the dealership that can sign a check” then I got the “checks in the mail” line. 3 months !!!! On top of that they gave a 30 day temp tag and I had to hound them for the plates after 45 days. TASCA in Clearwater are just typical USED CAR xxxxxxxx. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!! More

Wes Westbrook was instrumental in procuring our first lease in 2019 and this year's. He's professional, courteous and knowledgeable as well as one of those people who goes out of his way to be certain al lease in 2019 and this year's.
