I've had nothing but a good experience with Coulter Infiniti from the beginning. I'm on my 3rd vehicle from there and whenever I need service and they find any additional issues I wasn't expecting, Infiniti from the beginning. My service was very good but the quality of work associate with my repair was poor. Trash from the replacement part packaging was all of the floor, dirt/grease on the passenger seat and the door pan associate with my repair was poor.
