A smooth and easy car buying experience. Toby was a terrific help - he was engaging and honest and easy to speak with. On my second visit I drove a used TLX Type S that was not the right color for me. While looking at the build list, the sales manager, Todd, walked over and asked if I was interested in a Black one. When I said, yes, he told me they received one on the truck that afternoon. Done. No hidden fees or markups. Jay was terrific in completing the paperwork. I will definitely return when I need a new vehicle. More

We've ow ...Toby Lowry, and he was awesome! My wife was interested in the 2022 MDX but had no idea of how much had changed with the latest technology. We've owned 2 MDXs in the past but not since 2016. Toby spent an hour with us and the first 30 minutes going over the features and how to operate them. He know his stuff! She made her decision and we are buying the SH-AWD Tech package. Toby is friendly, personable and knowledgeable without being pushy in the slightest. Ask for him and you will definitely be taken care of at Crown Acura. Thank you! More
