on june 24 bought a kia soul that was advertised as a cpo. 3 weeks later scratches started appearing. 5 weeks after purchase the check engine light came on. i called the gm and left a message on 8/6. the cpo. 3 weeks later scratches started appearing. 5 weeks after purchase the check engine light came on. i called the gm and left a message on 8/6. then i send a email to gm and the service tech. 8/14 called the gm but no answer. 8/14 sent a email and left vm for for gm and service manager. never heard from them. I emailed the tech and gm on 8/14. the tech responded and said the transmission should be in saturday(8/15). never heard once back from the gm or service manager. they have had my car for almost 3 weeks. More
