I purchased a buy-back jetta diesel. We had it one year and needed service 3 times for an issue that ultimately was not resolved. After the transaction was over, the store GM said to me he wished he had known about all the issues we'd been having before the sale was completed. Why wasn't he told by the service manager or our sales consultant? Everyone I dealt with were good people, especially our sales consultant.
