I had a concerning problem with my car on Monday, Dec. 22. I called the dealership (thinking I would probably have to wait until after Christmas) but they got me in that very day. I was pretty sure the news of the repair was going to involve replacement of parts. To my delight the very knowledgeable mechanic was able to solve the problem with a reboot of my electrical system. I had been warned the problem might involve a charge of $2500. Instead the reboot solved the problem for $86. WOW! To say I was surprised was a severe understatement. I have been coming to Westminster Toyota for years. I have always been delighted with my service and the service department is a huge reason that I will continue to purchase cars from them. More

Accommodating. I told the service advisor that my children will need to be picked up by noon. It was an A- because there were too many texts and emails. Also, I asked to have air in tires checked because tire warning was lightning up. That wasn't done until I gave a second reminder when I pick emails. Also, I asked to have air in tires checked because tire warning was lightning up. More explanation/ teaching would have helped but I had to ask many questions. More
