They dealt with me fairly, respectably, and with no hidden charges, gimmicks, or other pains of car buying. They answered all my questions, didn't push anything more than requested, and went above and beyond in helping me make a decision on my new car. Even though they didn't have it in stock, Richard personally drove to pick up my new car and have it ready for me as soon as possible. I couldn't have asked for more out of this car buy experience. Buying a new car can be quite an undertaking but Colonial Honda defiantly makes the process alot better. More

Walked us around the lot to show us the new crvs. Rebekah Clayton was just as helpful and amazing with my financing. Breaking everything down for me to understand. Todd Eggleston was so nice and reasonable. Everyone did such a great job at making my first time enjoyable and smooth. They never once pressured me into anything I didn't want or need. They were focused on the big picture instead of just making a deal. Everyone was personable, and made such great first impressions. I'm very impressed, and happy that I went through colonial and their team. I have been telling everyone who I dealt with and how great of a sales woman Wendy is! If I had the money I would go back right now and buy another car from them! I can not stress enough how great my first time was purchasing a new car had been here. Happy Customer I looked at a variety of cars at several dealerships in trying to find a replacement for my car that was totaled in a collision. When I finally decid I looked at a variety of cars at several dealerships in trying to find a replacement for my car that was totaled in a collision. When I finally decided on a Honda Accord, I used an internet pricing service that identified three dealers in the Richmond area. Even though there are two other Honda dealers that are closer to me, I returned to Colonial Honda because of their excellent facility, wide selection of cars and the salesman, Bill Stone. Bill had approached me when I was initially browsing the Colonial Honda lot and immediately struck me as welcoming and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made an appropriate follow-up contact, but not too pushy. Colonial didn’t have the color and interior I wanted but Bill and Todd Eggleston, the Sales Manager, were able to find and bring the vehicle to Colonial in two days. They had it nicely detailed for me when I came in to complete the transaction. The entire buying experience was excellent and I would highly recommend this dealer for anyone considering a Honda. I plan to trade my CRV in another year and will definitely give Bill Stone and Colonial preference. More

I initially came to Colonial Honda to get my 2006 Honda Ridgeline serviced as I routinely schedule. As I was waiting for my Ridgeline, I walked to lot as usual. As I was about to leave the lot, Wendy approached me and asked me if I had a particular vehicle I was interested. And, I questioned her about the Acura TL on the lot. At that time, she began to answer all my questions and more. We went for a test drive and really enjoyed myself. Needless to say, I purchased the vehicle and I am still enjoying it. I really appreciate Wendy taking the step to reach out to me. (Other sales persons did not approach me at all and I KNOW they saw me on the lot.) I really enjoyed talking with Wendy and I am excited to tell others to come and see her when they are in the market for a vehicle. More

We were so pleased to meet and work with Charlie Jones! He knew so much about the cars and just made us feel at home. After we made our car choice, he told us he knew we were going to switch from the CRV He knew so much about the cars and just made us feel at home. After we made our car choice, he told us he knew we were going to switch from the CRV to the Accord because of how many times we kept going back to it! We know that anyone who meets Charlie will feel like they have known him all of their lives! Even after the sale he has checked in on us and always lets us know if we need anything or have any questions that he is there to help. It was also a great experience to meet and work with Grace Tanner. She definately knows her job and was able to explain everything to us as we went over the paperwork and warranty information. It doesn't get any better than Grace! It was also great meeting Todd Eggleston! Larry was really impressed with him and was able to agree quickly on the bottom line price! Todd has also followed up after the sale to see how we are liking the Honda! What a great team of people! We do need to share our concerns with John Ward. Honda almost lost a sale because of him. The first day we came in John did not try to work with us. It was the end of the business day and he was in a hurry to leave. I told him that we were also looking at a Hyundai and he pointed to next door and said they had them over there. He said he could not work with the offer we made on the Honda Accord. Charlie called us the following day and asked us to come back to the dealership and I went and spoke to him and Todd. What a difference! This sale would have never happened without Charlie and Todd! This is our third Honda, the second from Colonial Honda and they seem to be built wery well. I bought this Civic for my daughter who is a junior in college and I wanted something depenable for her. It will and they seem to be built wery well. I bought this Civic for my daughter who is a junior in college and I wanted something depenable for her. It will get her through school and into her first job. After that she can get what she wants. She has a 2002 Civic now and likes it. This will be a surprise Christmas present for her. Charlie Jones was my salesperson and he was great! Very knowledgeable and precise. He seems like a truly good person and they are hard to find now a days. If I get another Honda I will call Charlie. Todd the sales manager was also very helpfull. He gave me a better deal than I thought I was going to get. Charlie even found me a big red bow to put on the car on Christmas morning!!!
