I came in for a tire rotation and oil change. There was a line on the repair order for a multi - point check. I was not told of anything wrong or needed. There was no paper report with repair order. Also, since this was the first visit there, I was not even asked my name or address. I believe they got my name out of my glove box, since it was open when I went to leave. Also my oil level was 1/2 quart low. I checked it after I got to my friend's house and it had set over an hour or more. My car is a high mileage vehicle and can't believe that everything was perfect. Always fast and friendly. Not what you would expect from a dealer, I know. Only once were they not able to get me right in, but a loaner was offered, which is always the case. All I needed was an oil cha a dealer, I know. Only once were they not able to get me right in, but a loaner was offered, which is always the case. All I needed was an oil change, so I went back later, no big deal. If you're needing something major done, a loaner will be offered and you'll be on the road. I've never had a problem with these people. More
