Tempe Acura figured it out, ordered the part and got it back up and running in a timely fashion. It is interesting though that since the MDX has a keyless ignition system it does present a problem getting it towed if it dies since you can't get it into neutral--a special type of tow truck is needed vs. a flatbed version. Todd Goldhammer was excellent--easy to work with and attentive. Good guy! More

I rarely spend more than 10 min either dropping or receiving the car. Being a busy person i appreciate this a lot. I always get either a shuttle ride to work or a loaner vehicle. If i choose to wait, there is a ace to sit, connection to internet as well as snacks and beverages. It all is important to me.
