For eight months, I struggled with transmission issues in a car I purchased at Tri State but due to my warranty stipulations, I had to take to Anderson for repairs. For eight months, I knew it was the transm a car I purchased at Tri State but due to my warranty stipulations, I had to take to Anderson for repairs. For eight months, I knew it was the transmission, but I was blown off- I’m just a pretty girl, what do I know about cars, right? - codes were reset and nothing fixed, sometimes they didn’t even drive it when I had towed to them. Anderson’s service also made a veiled threat that if I continued to bring my car in and they couldn’t find anything wrong, they’d charge me $100 fee that my warranty wouldn’t cover. I finally was able to swing a favor and Thoroughbred Ford diagnosed the car in under a half hour: transmission and torque converter. But who was going to make this right finally? Anderson? Of course not. Tri State made this right. They didn’t have to, but I’d been in contact with a couple great men- Todd Hill and Rick Moss- throughout these eight months and I trusted them that these issues would be taken care of. My trust was well-placed. Today I picked up my car with a brand new transmission and assembly (including that torque converter) and a new battery. I shook hands with Rick and Todd and I thanked them both sincerely. Eight months of car trouble is a nightmare- but nightmares do end, they don’t have to end who you are. I took these men at their word and who I am is someone who has faith and chooses to trust. Keeping my faith in these men at Tri State Ford means my nightmare is now over. I’ll never be able to thank them enough. I will always be able to say that they have me as a customer for life, and I’ll tell anyone who asks that my car is from Tri State Ford. More

Todd Hill was very nice and helpful.
