It’s unfortunate that Macmulkin has a such a strict refund policy about returning a deposit I ordered my vehicle and while it was being built I had to have hip replacement surgery along with physical refund policy about returning a deposit I ordered my vehicle and while it was being built I had to have hip replacement surgery along with physical therapy after many weeks of rehab I still have great difficulty entering and exiting a vehicle I informed the dealership of my situation and told them I could not purchase the car they said that they would see what could be done to refund my deposit in the interim the vehicle that I ordered came into the dealership and was sold I received a phone call from them and they stated that I could not receive my deposit back I think that this is totally unacceptable they didn’t loose any money on the sale of the vehicle no one was more disappointed than me when I had to cancel the purchase of that vehicle I even offered to give them documentation of the surgery and physical therapy but they were not interested I am a disabled combat veteran and there refund policy has no exceptions no matter what the situation is I feel that this is totally unacceptable More

This was truly one of the most enjoyable and stress-free car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. From the very first conversation, I felt respected, supported, and completely at ease. The transparency and excellent pricing made the entire process feel honest and refreshing—something that’s rare when buying a car. Christian was exceptional. He was kind, patient, and always quick to respond, making sure every question I had was answered and that I felt confident at every step. Todd, the sales manager, genuinely went above and beyond—guiding me through the paperwork and even helping me resolve a motor vehicle issue that wasn’t their responsibility at all. That level of care really meant a lot to me. As a first-time out-of-state buyer, I was a little nervous, but they made everything incredibly easy. Justin personally followed up to ensure OnStar and the phone app were set up correctly, which showed real attention to detail. They even took care of recommending and arranging the transport to my home. This team didn’t just sell me a car—they made the experience feel personal and effortless. I’m truly grateful for how smoothly everything went. A heartfelt 10 out of 10. I can’t wait to see the car arrive in my driveway. More
