Shopping on line to a great sales experence I did a lot of research on line regarding Ford Explorer prices, new and slightly used, before I went to Joe Machens web site. There I found a new 2015 Explorer Limited with at a very good price posted. I called Troy Atkisson and he was very accomodating and suggested that there was even a little "on line" discount which made the price even better. I set up an appointment with him and found him to be professional and friendly. We agreed on the price that we discussed over the phone and finished the deal that day. Troy gave us a through tour of the SUV's features and worked with us to make sure we understood the most important features. We are very happy with the Explorer Troy's handling of the sale. Todd Marple handled the paper work and he also was professional and knowledgable. Both gentlemen are very much an asset to the dealership. More

I absolutely had a blast purchasing my new Fusion! I was contacted within a day of making a request to the Internet Dept to see if the car I wanted to see was on the Columbia lot. I got the privilege to work with Josh Grantham who greeted me with a smile and clearly is interested in pleasing his customers. He really listened to every detail of what I was looking for and made sure that is EXACTLY what I got. Scott Cross truly made this an enjoyable experience for me and my girlfriend with tons of humor and fun which provided a relaxed atmosphere. The fun continued when I got to seal the deal with Todd Marple who also seems to be very dedicated to his job which he seems to thoroughly enjoy! I would not hesitate to refer anyone looking for a vehicle to this gang of truly enjoyable people. I truly could not have asked for a better buying experience which, to be perfectly honest, I was actually dreading. Salesman can sometimes be a little too pushy for my taste and have had experiences where arrogance seemed to rule their personality. The same absolutely can NOT be said about the aforementioned men.
