We explained to Russ what we were looking for and he lined us up with Troy Atkisson, sales representative, who helped us find exactly what we were looking for at the price we wanted to pay. But Russ stayed in the loop, too, like the great manager he is. What was special is that they didn't try to sell us what they wanted to sell. They accepted our desires, and then knocked themselves out to make every aspect of the trade happen. Luckily for us, Joe Machen Ford has a magnificent inventory cars and trucks, which I am sure makes their job easier. But there was never any pressure, or distraction from the task at hand. I got a great deal at a great price, and the trade-in part was more than fair. Troy was fantastic. He is knowledgable, forthright, and dedicated to the task. Todd put all the financing together. Whew! Was he ever great, too, and totally task oriented. My wife and I have been buying cars from Joe Machen Ford for at least 20 years. These three men are the best. Also, we have had 20 years of competent maintenance and service from the service and parts department, too. If you want a great deal with tremendous value, call, or go on the Internet and ask for "the team". You will not find them or the service people at Joe Machen Ford wanting in any respect. PS: We have worked with other sales representatives at JMD before, and had similar great experiences.
