For the 7 years, I’ve been a customer of Volvo’s Service Dept. I do not have a bad memory of this facility. Each time I’ve visited, the service reps are friendly and very helpful. Owned 8 Volvos from two dealerships. Always had service that was exceptional. Two disappointing experiences here. First time, I was ignored when I tried to ask some questions after service. I was told the that was exceptional. Two disappointing experiences here. First time, I was ignored when I tried to ask some questions after service. I was told the person who could answer went home. This time, I explained we could not wait for our car. We were told no problem. When we arrived, no loaner because they didn’t know when the cars are coming back. Husband had to sit outside in the sun waiting for service. We are senior citizens. We didn’t expect a loaner. We expected respect for our needs and truth not idle promises. More
