Terrible from start to finish still no Truck a month later.. No prep on the truck the day i picked it up, misinformation when I purchased it. Specs missing....Poor service from the bottom line sales all the way to Jake not being there when promised. I sure learned my lesson about this dealership. Waiting on Ram Corporate to deal with you now as your dealership obviously cant handle the sale properly. Pathetic that I have had the truck less than 10 days since I purchased it. And spent over 12 hours and numerous trips from Dayton to your dealership that cant even manage to have a complimentary water in its office. No wonder your cutting corners on paintwork and customer satisfaction. More
