The purchasing of my truck was a great experience and the salesmen was terrific. I could not have asked for a better experience when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. The service department was entire differ salesmen was terrific. I could not have asked for a better experience when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. The service department was entire different story. My appointment took a month to schedule. My appointment was for 1 PM, the service department did not start working on my truck until 3 pm. I did not get out of there until 5 pm and the issues i brought it in for was unresolved. Also the department tried to charge me for warranty work and i had to plead my case. The manager called me a few days later and apologized and assured me it would be better next time. More
