Bought my first vehicle from this dealership. Would later find out the vehicle had been wrecked. The dealership did not disclose this information to me. They sold me a wrecked vehicle. They offered me multiple xxxxxxxx deals, I eventually accepted one of them. I ended up with a 2019 Subaru Outback, more debt, higher interest rate... and found out this "reputable" dealership either lied to me or just made a major mistake. Either way, as a customer I am NOT satisfied. I am disappointed. They claim there is nothing else they can do. I originally put down $7,000 on my first vehicle, they refuse to reimburse this money. I would not recommend this dealership. I was actually driving an hour and a half to get oil changes from them because I trusted them and was so loyal... please save your money, the headache and go elsewhere. As a nurse in a rural area, I wish I would've stayed in my small town, locally where I can TRUST the dealership. I am so saddened. More

He helped explain all my options and even let me take the car home for the night.. When I came the next day to purchase, he welcomed me with his smile and made sure all my questions were answered. He hooked up my garage door opener and my phone and he helped with Starlink and SiriusXM. He even set up my service appointment for the next week. We went over all the parts of the car. When I drove away I felt like I knew my new car pretty well. Julio was fun to work with. It was great working with him. Jesse was also great to work with. It was not yet through the CPO process, but he was able to get it done quickly. Drove down to Rochester and arrived about 11am, and was out the door about 1:30. Nick was friendly, prepared, and patient (I was late), and the true pricing made the experience so much easier. I decided to see what they'd offer for my trade in, and it was KBB, which I'd planned on. Jordan, in financing, came in with some really excellent terms. I got was I was looking for, there were no surprises, and no drama around pricing. Highly recommend. More
